It may be a while still before people will be able to head back to real-world theme parks safely, but for the time being, indie developer Texel Raptor will soon have a way for people to get that communal theme park experience from home, courtesy of its park-management sim Parkitect.Įver since it first released in 2018, Parkitect has ranked high among the park-building games of recent years ( and virtual life simulation games in general) for how it builds upon the likes of Rollercoaster Tycoon with its own distinct twists, such as more powerful construction tools and a greater focus on the behind-the-scenes park operations.
